The payment service provider is a “Merchant of Record.”
This means that the provider assumes full responsibility for processing your purchase: in compliance with the GDPR, in your local currency, including sales tax, invoicing, and adherence to local tax regulations in over 180 countries.
For you as a buyer, this means: You receive a legally compliant invoice, your payment data is processed exclusively by the provider—never by us—and the purchase is processed in your local currency, with no hidden exchange rate fees.
You manage all contract changes and cancellations yourself, directly in your customer portal, at any time.
YourValidator itself never has access to your payment data.
Background on the Pricing Structure (Architectural Efficiency)
The fact that this system can be offered on these terms despite its extensive functionality
is due to the consistent optimization of the IT infrastructure:
Client-side architecture (serverless):
The mathematical calculation engine and graphical visualization run entirely on the end user’s browser.
No computationally intensive cloud servers are required.
Decentralized data management:
The system does not use a central database to store user data. Backups are saved locally on the user’s device as encrypted files.
Data transfers (e.g., via Zapier) are handled directly through the users’ existing accounts.
Elimination of administrative overhead:
Due to the software architecture, there is no need for a costly support, sales, or administrative infrastructure.
1. Product Activation
Important Note on Product Activation:
Immediately after a successful purchase, your personal Pro key will be generated. This key, along with your order ID,
will be displayed immediately on the order confirmation page and will also be sent to you via email.
To unlock the business license, simply enter this key and the order ID once in the activation field within the application.
No registration or central user database is required.
2. Disclaimer Regarding Returns and Performance
The mathematical models, simulations, and calculations provided by YourValidator are strategic validation tools
based on the historical and hypothetical data you have entered.
All financial or performance projections presented are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of actual
future revenue, profits, or marketing results. Your success depends on your implementation, prevailing market conditions,
and other external factors beyond the control of this software.
3. Note on Data Processing
YourValidator runs entirely on the client side, directly in your browser. At no time are your marketing data, CRM data, or budget parameters transmitted to our servers, processed there, or stored there—all calculations take place locally on
your own device.

4. Billing and Cancellation
Annual billing, ongoing subscription. You can cancel at any time with a single click through
your customer account or by contacting our support team; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No hidden terms, no minimum contract term beyond the period you have purchased.
You’ll find the cancellation button in your order confirmation email.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase. Within this period, you can request a full refund directly through the payment provider without having to provide a reason. Please be sure to thoroughly test the free core features beforehand to
