Omnichannel Marketing for Tradespeople – Plan New Jobs by the Numbers
The simple software that lets you calculate strategies on your own.

Full order books, but not always the right jobs
In the trades, a lot is said about quality, but rarely is anyone calculating what advertising brings in. Rising material costs, expensive leads from platforms and marketing promises eat into the margin.
The crucial question often remains open: which advertising brings jobs that pay off under your figures, and which costs more than it brings? YourValidator makes your assumptions visible and calculates them.
As clear as a tape measure
YourValidator is not another office program but a calculator for working through your ideas with your own figures: average job value, margin, ad budget and how many inquiries turn into jobs.
- Which measures can bring jobs with good margins: calculate job types as separate scenarios, for example a bathroom renovation with a high job value versus small repairs.
- Which advertising pays off under your assumptions: cost per job and break-even per channel side by side.
- How your business can grow more predictably: target back-calculation shows which budget a given number of additional jobs requires.
Channels that count in the trades
- Google Business Profile, website and search ads
- Lead platforms that charge per inquiry
- Vehicle branding, site signs and outdoor advertising
- Local newspaper, community papers and flyers
- Open days and regional trade fairs
- Referrals from customers, architects and partner businesses
Two settings matter especially for trade businesses: seasonality, such as more heating inquiries in autumn, and location, whether you work in a rural area or a big city. Both are part of the calculation.
Your calculations stay with you
YourValidator runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs are not sent to our servers. You do not need customer data, only aggregated figures such as inquiries per month or average job value.
Calculating, your own logo and full view are free and may also be used commercially. Pro adds saving and comparing plans, plan vs. actual, backups, import, export and AI functions with your own API key.
What the calculator does and does not do
- It calculates deterministically what follows from your figures and assumptions.
- It does not predict what will actually happen, and it does not prove what worked.
- Benchmarks are starting values. The calculation becomes reliable once you replace them with your own figures.

Frequently asked questions from trade businesses
I am a craftsman, not a marketing expert. Is the software too complicated?
No. You enter figures you know from your business: job value, margin, ad budget and how many inquiries turn into jobs. The calculator immediately shows what follows. Effects such as saturation or seasonality are set with simple selection fields.
My best sales channel is word of mouth. Why do I need this?
Referrals can be modelled as their own channel. You see what share of your jobs they bring and whether additional advertising pays off alongside them, for example when you want to grow or offer a new service.
Does YourValidator replace our existing marketing tools?
No. CRM, BI and agency dashboards remain the sources. YourValidator is an upstream planning layer: it calculates what a budget yields under specific assumptions before it is approved.
This Software establishes a mathematical foundation with your agencies to ensure that planned and actual figures are always reconciled on the same logical basis.
How is my data protected?
The calculation runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs are not sent to our servers; there is no sign-up, no cookies and no tracking script. You do not need customer data. Only if you use the optional AI input assistant with your own API key are inputs sent directly to your AI provider.
Can I account for seasonal fluctuations?
Yes. You set for each month whether demand is above or below average. The calculation then shows in which months advertising brings more or fewer jobs under your assumptions.
Do I need my own figures to get started?
No. You can start with benchmarks. These values are starting points, not facts. Replace them gradually with your actual inquiries, closing rates and job values.
What does YourValidator cost?
Calculating is free and may also be used commercially. If you want to save and compare plans, compare plan and actual, or use backups and exports, you need a Pro license. Details are on the prices page.
