What the calculator does and does not do
- It calculates deterministically what follows from your figures and assumptions.
- It does not predict what will actually happen, and it does not prove what worked.

Why is there no shared team interface?
Because each person calculates in their own browser and there is no central server. Data stays local, and every team member can work through ideas before sharing them. To pass on a plan, use a backup file (Pro), for example via a shared drive.
How does YourValidator connect to CRM, BI tools and dashboards?
There is deliberately no live interface. You enter figures from CRM and dashboards or import them as a JSON file (Pro). Results can be exported as a JSON file (Pro), for example for further processing via your own Zapier account. Your existing systems remain the source.
What do I personally gain as a manager?

How is my data protected?
The calculation runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs are not sent to our servers; there is no sign-up, no cookies and no tracking script. Backups (Pro) can be encrypted locally. Only if you use the optional AI input assistant with your own API key are inputs sent directly to your AI provider.
Which license does a team need?
Calculating is free and may be used commercially by everyone on the team. The Team Pro license covers all employees of the licensee company and adds saving, comparing, plan vs. actual, backups, import, export and AI functions.
Does YourValidator replace our existing marketing tools?
No. CRM, BI and agency dashboards remain the sources. YourValidator is an upstream planning layer: it calculates what a budget yields under specific assumptions before it is approved.
